How do you make skill charge come up? - Guild Wars Forums

i cant see any skill under 2 second cast charginf unless i target myself. is there a way to make it appear? like can i see myself casting Savage Shot, etc.? is it in options or what?

If you mean seeing the little bar with the name of the skill on it whenever you cast a spell and the bar fills up, I don't think you can see the bar, nor do I think there is an option to turn it on.

(Although I'm not sure why I can see a bar when another monster uses Flare against me.)

i guess the reason you can see the enemy's bar, is so that a mesmer that does canceling is able to see when is the best time to do it. or so that you can tell when to use a certin skill to defend or attack.

NONONO, thats not what i mean. You know when u use something like haling signet, no matter what ur targeting, the screen shows it charging up. now, can u do this with things such as orison of healing of aura of restoration???

i know what u mean, i get with when i E/A gloom, none of thhe skills show up, apart from the 2 second ones (when your not targeting yourself)

like you cast Bed of Coals and thhere no thingy to show your casting it, but if you use Lava Font (2 sec cast) it shows up..

i dnt know why this is..

there is no need, its instant. it would just be room on your screen taken up. if it was that way normaly, im sure we would be talking about why we dont need to have it. lol

no reason, its pretty easy to tell when your interrupted

Just look at how far your char is through the casting animation, or target yourself to see the bar under your health bar at the top of the screen.

Why you'd want to see this is beyond me, it makes me nervous that someone's going to skull crack me into next week.
